Procedure for the management of sustaining members

  • first contact could be made to treasurer ( or another person within the PSC
  • the treasurer will clarify all details (such as contact information and address, permission to use organizations logo on our sustaining membership page) and will issue an invoice
  • treasuer checks whether the payment has arrived
  • management of sustaining members is done at our Projecta website
  • sustaining members are sorted by level (flagship, large, medium, small) and the date they were introduced or renewed (newer ones first)
  • past sustaining members are listed separately, only for a period of two years.
  • logos of flagship, large and medium sustaining members are included in the footer banner on our start page
  • sustaining members are listed in our visual changelog
  • when appropriate, we will do some social media promotion.
