| Quantum GIS Version 0.11.0 has been released. It is available in source form, and as binary executables for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and GNU/Linux. All versions can be obtained from our download page. If the version for your platform is not available please check back in a day or two as some packages are still being built. |
| QGIS 0.8 Preview 2 Now Available |
We are pleased to announce the second preview release of QGIS 0.8 is now available. The subversion repository has been tagged and packagers are busy creating binaries for various platforms. For those who like to build from source, a source package is also available. This page will be updated as additional binaries are made available so watch this space!
Known IssuesThere are a number of issues related to this release. As the name 'preview' indicates, this is still an unstable release, intended to provide a peek at the new features coming in QGIS 0.8 and to provide a platform for users to file bug reports. You can view the currently open issues at the Quantum GIS Trac website. If you think you have found a new bug or issue, please use the Trac system to report the problem. Make sure to indicate the problem is associated with the Version 0.8 Release.
